Vintage Cupboard Door

I found this unique cupboard door in the old barn on the farm
we bought a couple years ago. I'm sure it was part of the kitchen in the old
farm house that is still on the property.  I would guess it to be at least 100 yrs old.

I gave it a fresh coat of jadeite green The top part is glass.
I painted a cottage scene on it.  A small cottage home, with
lots of flowers, growing wildly along the old rickety fence.

On the bottom section, I painted two sweet Love Birds.  They are sitting on a
tree branch, making cooing sounds to each other.  How romantic.

The door has the old latch, still attached.. I added a flowing vine of roses along the
entire outside of the door. Hang this in your kitchen, powder room, bedroom,
or any place you want to add a little romance.
